Role of [NERD-METHOD]

Development and refinement of the Telegram Mini App and backend, log-based diagnosis, repair of group handling, deployment and technical verification.

01

The original task

A collectibles store used a catalogue and enquiry flow in Telegram. The team needed to claim enquiries and reply from a connected group. Actions were tied to a general user allowlist, while a reply was tied to the person who requested the prompt. Claiming an enquiry again could remove the buttons the team needed.

02

What we changed

We allowed members of an enabled group to handle enquiries within that group’s categories. Restrictions on web-panel and private administrative access remained separate. Replies can use either the bot’s prompt or the original enquiry card; repeating an action retains the buttons and does not create another customer notification. Unconnected chats, bots and forwarded cards do not receive these permissions.

03

How we handled failures

We started with the existing logs and system state. For a separate auction-publication failure, we identified an unavailable exchange-rate source and added a bounded retry of the network request. Checks for an invalid or outdated rate were retained. These changes do not establish acceptance of the entire auction product.

04

What was verified

The checkpoint dated 23 October 2026 records regression checks that failed before the repair and an isolated test suite that passed afterwards. Concurrent operations were tested in a separate database. In the real Telegram interface, a clearly marked test enquiry was claimed, its buttons were retained and a reply was delivered from the test group to a private chat. Running processes and an empty notification queue were recorded after deployment.

05

What the evidence covers

The manual check used the owner’s account. Actions by a second independent account are covered by automated checks, but that checkpoint has no separate manual confirmation. A test group, a technical deployment and an available interface do not replace client acceptance of the whole product, checks on all mobile devices or an actual payment.

06

What we handed over

The deployed repair, verification results, an operator guide and a backup made before deployment. The practical outcome is a specific enquiry-and-reply path with explicit role boundaries, rather than a promise to automate the entire sales department.
