Role of [NERD-METHOD]
Setup of the internal workflow, action boundaries and evidence log, with checks that the workflow resumes normally.
An internal agency pilot links plans, actual actions, checks and next steps. Failed attempts stay visible.
Internal pilot; no client sale, revenue or time saving is claimed.
Evidence as of: 2026-10-13Setup of the internal workflow, action boundaries and evidence log, with checks that the workflow resumes normally.
In long-running AI work, it is easy to mistake a started cycle for a completed task, publishing something for delivering it, or a discovered opportunity for real demand. The agency needed a process that retained the reason for an action and checked its outcome.
We refined the existing process without replacing its main tool: the plan stores alternatives and the selected action; feedback refers to an actual result; and a technical check is tied to the material being checked. An unchanged source does not become a new reason to publish again. No signal and technical failure are recorded as separate states.
The project checkpoint from 13 October 2026 records automated checks and three normally completed cycles, including resumptions after sleep. Observations included continuation of a saved plan and handling an unsuccessful read as a failure of that particular experiment. Source, action and verification were kept distinct.
This is an internal practice and a technical pilot, not a paid client implementation case. It does not demonstrate profit, a steady flow of clients or hours saved. Each output needs its own quality check; passing process tests does not establish the usefulness of every result.
Start with one repeatable workflow in the tools already in use. Define permitted inputs, action boundaries, outcome criteria and handoff to a person. Measure savings only on comparable tasks before and after the pilot.
